Fenugreek Extract (trigonella
foenumgraecum)
"Fenugreek" means Greek hay. The herb was a favorite among Greek women who

rather balancing action on hormones contributes to the development of the

Kelp (fucus vesiculosus)
Kelp is an excellent source of minerals from the sea, including iodine, which is

Damiana (turnera
aphrodisiaca)
Damiana is a small shrub found in the West Indies.

and beta sisterol. Damiana is primarily used for treating female hormone
imbalances. Considered to be a hormonal tonic, it is believed to have mildly
stimulating qualities due to its volatile oil content. In addition to volatile

resins. Damiana contains beta-sitosterol, a compound that helps building sexual
